The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and KissMyTicket.com (hereinafter referred to as "Kiss My Ticket "). By accessing, using, and/or browsing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement:

Use of the Kiss My Ticket Site:
Falsification of documents submitted to the court is a crime and punishable by law. By registering for the Kiss My Ticket course and receiving a certificate of completion, you are stating that you studied all of the material in the Kiss My Ticket course, completed all of the quizzes at the end of each chapter and completed the final examination at the end of the course.

Court Approval:
NOT ALL COURTS ALLOW HOME STUDY TRAFFIC SCHOOL COURSES. Although Kiss My Ticket may have been approved by your court, you must check with your court to make sure that your court approves the Kiss My Ticket course in your case.

Please note that our course is only approved in courts where we state that our course is approved. If our website does not state that our course is approved, this means that we are not officially approved in that particular court and you must in such an instance contact the court clerk or visit the judge in order to obtain permission to take our course.

It is your sole responsibility to obtain the approval of our course in your court

Copyright and Proprietary Rights:
This website is the property of Kiss My Ticket. All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights in the Kiss My Ticket site and in the text, graphics, and design elements used by Kiss My Ticket on its site are the property of Kiss My Ticket. You may not reproduce, upload, post, transmit, download or distribute any part of the Kiss My Ticket website or information on other websites accessed through links appearing on Kiss My Ticket (hereinafter referred to as "Other Sites"), other than printing or downloading portions of the text and images for your own personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Refunds:
We will refund the price of the Kiss My Ticket course if a refund is requested prior to taking the final exam. After a student attempts the final exam, no refund will be issued. Any refund will be made within 30 days of the effective date of termination.

Court Appearances:
Kiss My Ticket is not responsible for any and all court appearances that you are required to make.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:
Kiss My Ticket is operated out of its offices located in Los Angeles County, California, United States of America. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to any conflict of law principles.
